Based on the establishment of sustainable forest management resources, in 2015, the company joined with Hunan Yiyang Senhua Forestry Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yiyang Senhua Forestry"), a subsidiary of Jilin Forest Industry Group, to apply for FSC forest system certification to improve forest productivity. And realize environmentally friendly management methods, realize classified management with scientific, high-quality intensive cultivation and production, focus on the development of commercial bamboo forests and multi-structure broad-leaved forests, form a forestry system based on ecological public welfare forests, and realize ecological and social benefits And the comprehensive growth of economic benefits.

  In order to establish sustainable forestry management resources, under the guidance of Shanghai Qiangjing Enterprise Consulting Co., Ltd., the joint "Yiyang Senhua Forestry Development Co., Ltd." will apply for the international FSC forest certification system FSC-FM in the forestry base in Changde City, Hunan Province. Certification, carry out forest management activities in accordance with the requirements of FSC forest certification management principles, and promote the sustainable development of forests; certified forest lands are distributed in Haozigang Town (2280.43ha Yangshulin) in Dingcheng District of Changde City and Jiashan Town, Xinpu, Shimen County Township, Mengquan Town (3343.12ha mountain forest land) and other places, with a total operating area of 5,623.55 hectares, and a total stock volume of 763,500 cubic meters of standing timber. Geographical location is between 112°14′10ʺ～110°45′04ʺ east longitude and 29°56′22ʺ～29°01′43ʺ north latitude

   The forest resources within the scope of FSC certification are mainly distributed in 13 areas of Haozigang Town, Dingcheng District, Jiashan Town, Mengquan Town and Xinpu Township in Shimen County. The total land area is 5,623.55 hectares. Among them, the area of pure forest land is 5193.35 hectares, accounting for 92.35%; the area of non-forest land is 27.23 hectares, accounting for 0.48%. The forest area is 5,323.88 hectares, accounting for 95.13% of the forest area. The accumulation of standing timber is 763,500.81 cubic meters. Among them, the Gaobao forest totals 529.28 hectares, including 136.37 hectares in Dingcheng District and 392.91 hectares in Shimen County.

   Among the forest land area in the FSC certification project area, FSC certified forest land area is 5,323.88 hectares, shrub forest land area is 53.05 hectares, uncultivated forest land area is 8.67 hectares, standing tree land area is 189.81 hectares, and forest land area is 48.14 hectares. Among them: FSC certified arbor forest area is 5,319.54 hectares, accounting for 99.92% of forest land area; FSC certified bamboo forest area is 4.33 hectares, accounting for 0.08% of forest land area.

   Among arbor forests, pure forest land covers an area of 5193.35 hectares, accounting for 97.63%; mixed forest land covers an area of 126.19 hectares, accounting for 2.37%. The main FSC certified tree species are poplar, masson pine, fir, quercus, chinensis, sweetgum, etc.
