ISO14000 is a multi-standard combined system. BSCI audits are divided into three categories according to the nature of the standard:

　　 The first category: basic standards-terminology standards.

　　 The second category: basic standards-environmental management system, specifications, principles, application guidelines.

　　 The third category: support technical standards (tools), including:

　　　　　　①Environmental audit;

　　　　　　②Environmental signs;

　　　　　　③Environmental behavior evaluation;

　　　　　　④Life cycle assessment.

According to standard functions, it can be divided into two categories:

　　 First category: Evaluation organization

　　　　　　①Environmental management system;

　　　　　　②Environmental behavior evaluation;

　　　　　　③Environmental audit.

　　 Second category: Evaluation of products

　　　　　　①Life cycle assessment;

　　　　　　②Environmental signs;

　　　　　　③Environmental indicators in product standards.
