If a company wants to complete a BSCI factory inspection, the more important prerequisite is that it must be invited by a member of the BSCI, so that the audit company can accept the company's factory inspection application.

BSCI is not a system certification, so no certificate is issued. BSCI provides members, suppliers, auditors, and qualified people with consistent management tools for special processes; this method ensures a consistent audit process and evaluation, so the results are comparable. After the factory has passed the BSCI audit, the audit company will finally state the audit results in the form of an audit report.
