Recently, the State Forestry Administration Announcement No. 12 of 2014 issued 183 forestry industry standards including 7 forestry informatization standards, including 7 forestry informatization standards, which were officially implemented on December 1, 2014.
The 7 forestry information industry standards released this time include: "Forestry Information Terminology", "Forestry Information Metadata", "Forestry Basic Information Code Compilation Standards", "Forestry Information Resource Exchange System Construction", "Forestry Information Resource Catalog System" Structure", "Standards for the Construction of Forest Tree Species Database", "Afforestation Tree Species and Afforestation Model Database Construction Standards".
Since 2009, the State Forestry Administration has vigorously promoted the construction of forestry informatization standards, issued the "Forestry Informatization Standard System", launched nearly 50 national and industry standards research and development operations, and established a dynamic standard project reserve database. The issuance and implementation of this batch of standards has brought 30 standards officially released for forestry informatization in recent years, which will play an important role in standards and guidance for the construction of national forestry informatization and support the development of ecological forestry and people's livelihood forestry.
