昆明华东木业有限公司成立于1995年，现有员工150名，位于昆明市西郊民波镇，占地25000平方米，建筑面积7000平方米；公司主要致力于专业生产木门及其相关辅料；公司于2007年底和宜良县禄丰村林场签订了30年的范围涉及五个林区的53153.2亩林业承包合约，进行森林经营管理；Kunming Huadong Woods Ltd. established in 1995 with about 150 employees, Locate in Mingbo Xijiao Kunming Yunnan China, Which occupies more than 5,000 square meters with the building area of 3,000 square meters；Company is manufacturer specializing in the production of wooden doors and veneer. At the end of 2007, they signed a 30 years business agreement with five forest area of Lufung village forest in order to manage more than 53153.2 Mu (3543  ha) of their licensed forest stated owned FM company.

禄丰村国营林场成立1950年，地处云南省滇中地区，位于昆明市宜良县较南边，南盘江中游与巴江交汇处，全场范围介于南方亚热带区域，东经103°00′02″—103°16′06″北纬24°26′11″—24°30′08″之间。气候温和潮湿，四季分明，年降雨量在1000mm左右；区域内年平均气温16.3ºC，年均相对湿度75％；The State Lufung village forest was established in 1950，The forest property is located at longitude 103°00′02″－103°16′06″and latitude 24°26′11″－24°30′08″ in the southern part of subtropical monsoons weather region in China, The climate is gentle and wet. The four seasons of the climate are clearly distinguished. The annual rainfall averages is 1000 mm。The temperatures range from -10 °C to 35.0°C, relative humidity at 75％.

林场现经营总面积10.73万亩，本次公司申请认证的林地总林地面积为53153.2亩。有林地面积为46637.5亩，活立木蓄积量为229977立方米。主要分布于石林县、宜良县境内，下设五个营林区，管理员工总人数20人；林地主要是针叶林和针阔混交林The State Lufung village forest managing 7 107300Mu (153,33 ha) lands. 禄丰村林场土壤以红壤土和红壤黄土为主，红壤土分布地势低，在海拔1500米以下，红壤型黄土主要分布在坡度15-35°，海拔1700米以上地区；水资源丰富；The main soil types are red yellow earth usually exist below 1500 meter above sea level with the PH at 5-5.5 which is adapted to the forest of fir, pine and tea etc., and the yellow earth exist above the 1700 meters，gradient at 15-35°, with PH at 4.5-5.5, where the fir dominate as the major forest. Water resource is very rich in this region.
