The first step is the analysis of enterprise needs (identify enterprise needs, enterprise demand analysis, and potential demand analysis).

The second step, consulting process planning (full-term work plan, consulting stage plan, periodic review of work results).

The third step is environmental/safety management system diagnosis (preparation of diagnosis plan, on-site diagnosis, preparation of diagnosis report, and suggestions for improvement).

The fourth step, system analysis/initial environmental review (initial environment/hazard source review plan, environmental factors/hazard source identification and evaluation, collection and evaluation of relevant laws and regulations, basic data collection and arrangement, initial environmental review report, management system integration analysis).

The fifth step, training is provided (basic knowledge training, laws and regulations knowledge training, management system document training, internal auditor training, environment/safety protection related ability training, factory inspection preparation training, environment/safety management special training).

The sixth step, environmental/safety management system design (environmental/safety management business activity division, business activity analysis system integration design, complete documented environmental system design to identify resource requirements).

The seventh step, document preparation guidance (document preparation guidance, compliance review, review of objectives and indicators, review of management plan, final document, document approval and release).

The eighth step, (system operation guidance target and target achievement degree review, laws and regulations compliance review, BSCI factory audit, two internal audits, management review, suggestions for improvement, and inspection of the improvement effect).

The ninth step, the evaluation and improvement of consulting/implementation effects (compared with the company's written evaluation of the cost of loss, adjustment and improvement of consulting/implementation methods).

The tenth step, preparations for third-party factory inspection (guide selection of factory inspection agency, submit factory inspection application, simulate on-site audit, propose corrective measures and implement and accept formal factory inspection audit).

The eleventh step, the on-site audit is passed and the certificate is obtained.
