1. Consultation
You can send us your preliminary application intention (such as which products, what kind of factory inspections, specific models and specifications, product samples and descriptions, etc.) by any means such as telephone, fax, email, etc.
Based on the general situation you provided, we will suggest a better inspection plan to you, put forward the documents and drawings before the test and other information requirements, and initially estimate the relevant costs. At the same time, we will provide you with "application", "agent authorization notice" and other documents for you to fill in.
2. Application
Please return the signed and sealed "application" and "agent authorization notice" to our company, and prepare relevant materials as required;
After receiving the above-mentioned documents and materials, we will formally accept the application and establish the project number. At the same time, we will draft the "Factory Inspection Agency Entrustment Agreement" (the inspection business treaty concluded by the two parties to clarify the mutual responsibilities and obligations, in duplicate) .
3. signing
Please return the above-mentioned "Agreement" signed and sealed to our company, and pay the relevant expenses in accordance with the terms of the "Agreement";
After receiving the signed "Agreement" and relevant payment vouchers, we will designate a project engineer to be responsible for this project, and choose to contact the appropriate laboratory and engineer.
4. Technical support (optional)
At your request, our project engineers will explain to you the standards and safety requirements related to your products; arrange ground testing and structural pre-inspection; translate Chinese materials into English, etc.
The cost level of the above technical support will be determined according to the specific workload.
5. preparation for inspection
Our project engineers will promptly feedback the progress of the contact with the inspection agency, and notify you of the sample requirements and exact costs for testing or repeated testing, as well as a series of documents required by the inspection agency (such as the application form of the inspection agency, Structure parameter table, tracking service agreement, etc.).
Please prepare samples, documents and test costs as required and send them to our project engineer.
6. submit for inspection
Our project engineers will submit the samples, materials, and costs you provide to the corresponding inspection agency or laboratory, and follow up the progress of the inspection project in a timely manner and feed back the test information until the end of the project.
7. repeat the test
If there are unqualified items in the test, you can carry out sample rectification, send samples again, and repeat the test; you can also cancel the project and apply again when the BSCI factory is mature.
Our engineers will give rectification suggestions and assist you in sample rectification.
8. The first factory inspection or pre-certification inspection
After the project starts, an inspection agency or its designated inspection agency will come to your factory for the first factory inspection or pre-certification inspection (except for the CE inspection) to investigate whether the factory's testing and production processes meet the requirements. Passing this inspection is also a necessary condition for you to obtain an authorization or certificate.
Our project engineers can assist you with relevant preparations.
9. follow-up service (optional)
After the inspection is over, we can provide a series of annual services according to your different requirements, such as: purchase of labels and yellow cards, translation of correspondence and materials, payment on behalf, replacement of modified pages, application for changes, etc. (For details, please refer to the "Annual Service Operation Measures").
