FSC my country Forest Operation Target Draft 3.0 Disclosure Consultation Conclusion

People from all walks of life who value sustainable forestry and forest certification:

　　 We are very pleased to tell you that the FSC my country Forest Operation Specification Draft 3.0 has now been completed, and a two-month disclosure consultation is now going on. You can get the differences between draft 3.0, draft 3.0 and draft 2.0 on the FSC Chinese website https://cn.fsc.org/newsroom.43.67.htm. Please refer to the fill-in form. We will start to record and collect official opinions.

　　 The FSC my country Target Draft 2.0 was released on March 31, 2015, after 2 months of public consultation. During the consultation period, two forest tests were conducted together. After the consultation period, a stakeholder meeting and a specification drafting group meeting were held. Draft 3.0 was compiled based on the IGI final draft, the results of the forest test, and the standard drafting team's processing plan for the collected opinions. After this public consultation period, the specification drafting team will continue to comment to finalize the final draft of the FSC my country Forest Operation Specification and submit it to the FSC headquarters.

FSC my country's national regulations follow the request for the structure and content of the FSC-STD-60-002 national forest management target and FSC-STD-60-006 to draft and revise the national forest management standard procedural request, starting from the universal targets (IGIs) , To draft FSC my country's specifications suitable for compliance assessment in China. This specification will replace the temporary goals of certification organizations in my country, so that different certification organizations in my country have the same understanding of the specifications, and the certification decisions made are more consistent and transparent. Thereby improving the credibility of the FSC certification system as a whole.

If you wish to submit a formal claim, please provide your full name, address and specific contact information (including the contact information for receiving response information) and clarify your identity or position in accordance with the request in the submission form. In addition, we do not reply to anonymous claims.

　　 In order to ensure that those who may be affected by this goal participate in this work, we will automatically contact these people or organizations and encourage them to submit formal claims. The corresponding organizations include, but are not limited to the following categories:

　　1. Economic entities related to forest operations, such as public or private forest farms, forest farmers, contractors and timber industry associations, etc.;

　　2. Social collectives related to forestry, such as forestry workers, labor unions, forest residents and village communities, organizations that support community development, etc.;

　　3. Collectives engaged in environmental maintenance business, their focus includes biodiversity, water resources, soil, ecosystem and landscape maintenance, etc.;

　　4. Government departments related to forestry and forest ecological conservation;

　　5. Organizations engaged in forest certification.
