FSC certification assessment content includes: forest investigation, management planning, forest harvesting, forest infrastructure related laws and regulations, and environmental, economic and social aspects. Later, as a market mechanism to promote sustainable forest management, FSC forest certification was initiated and gradually developed in the early 1990s. In recent years, BSCI audits have been very hot in foreign trade exports, and many EU customers require their domestic suppliers to conduct BSCI audits. All staff involved in the implementation of this certification program must obtain work qualifications on the basis of appropriate education, training, and practice. Staff training and practice records must be maintained within the appropriate scope of operation. They provide an international forum for discussing global forestry policy issues. The BSCI certified standard and indicator system for sustainable forest management: including 9 processes including the Montreal process, the Helsinki process, and the ITTO process. A total of about 150 countries have participated in each process. It establishes good forest management standards and indicators acceptable to the public. Of the two forest management units assessed by China's FSC, a state-owned forest farm and a forest development company are both certified by the export company that purchases its raw materials.
