Does the CE mark have the meaning of certifying that the quality is qualified?

The "main requirements" that form the core of the European Directives are required as the purpose of formulating and implementing directives in the European Community's "Resolution on New Methods of Technical Coordination and Standards" (85/C136/01) on May 7, 1985. "Main requirement" has a specific meaning, that is, it is limited to the basic safety requirements of products that do not endanger the safety of humans, animals and goods, rather than general quality requirements. The coordination directive only specifies the main requirements, and the general directive requirements are standard tasks. If the product meets the relevant main requirements of the relevant directives, it can be attached with the CE mark, instead of determining whether the CE mark can be used in accordance with the general quality requirements of the relevant standards. The FSC certification therefore accurately means: the CE mark is a safety conformity mark rather than a quality conformity mark.

A kite with a CE mark does not mean that it can fly well, but only that the kite meets safety regulations.
